Dark object with possible "dome" on top hovers near Taneytown, Maryland, USA, March 27, 2021

A new UFO sighting has been posted to MUFON showing an unusual dark object hovering near Taneytown, Maryland USA on March 27, 2021.

The witness says "Ufo in the sky floating/hovering. can be seen moving in the opposite direction clouds are moving. looked like a disc with a domed structure on top."

 Analysis

Although the video is fuzzy we can just about make out a shape which does not really match known aircraft types; in fact the object looks like your classic saucer! This could just be down to the poor video image quality, and the object may just be an aircraft or blimp at a strange angle.

Although the object looks stationery in the video, if we compare a still frame from the start of the video with one near the end we can see that the object has moved slightly.
