Recently posted on YouTube is a video showing a bright stationery object over Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan, dated 15 November 2020.
There is not enough resolution in the video to discern any detail the object.
Analysis
Being stationery, the object cannot be a balloon or aircraft, and even a helicopter would show some movement in the video. It is not known what time of day the video was taken, but judging by the shadows in the video, it is likely late afternoon, with the sun low in the sky. A look at Stellarium shows that the planet Jupiter would have been visible to the South later afternoon, being very bright at the moment.
However, the Sun is setting in the south-west, and looking south would have resulted in the building walls facing the video camera being in shadow - they are not. Looking East, there is the planet Mars, also bright at this time, but not as bright as Jupiter, and it has a distinctly red tint to it, which the object in the video has not.
Conclusion - Inconclusive
