Red orb recorded flying over Laredo, Texas USA, May 11, 2021 - flying fast then seems to stop in strong winds

Juan Vasquez has posted a video on both YouTube and MUFON of a red orb flying above the tree over Laredo, Texas USA, May 11, 2021. 

 

At first glace, it may be mistaken from a Chinese lantern, but the red orb seems to stop flying against the strong wind and hovers, before moving on again.

 

Juan states "There was a thunderstorm going on and i saw to what looked like orbs flowing each other, one red, one white. i did not record those but managed to take a pic of them and the one i recorded came after it was flying straight then it would stop then it continue its path it was really windy that day so it was not a drone." 

Analysis

If it weren't for the fact that this red orb seems to stop in the strong wind, it would almost certainly be classified as a Chinese lantern. It is conceivable that there was a local wind eddy or vortex caused by a building for example which might stop the lantern or push the lantern in a different direction, but the object's motion is still strange, and worthy of a listing on this site.
